​My life experiences have taught me more than I’ve ever read in a book or through my qualifications. My life has taught me that I am not alone, that we are not alone. In our pain, in our suffering, in our growth, in our hopes and dreams, in our fears and doubts, we are not alone. I know now, without a doubt, that I am supported, I am guided. That everything I experience is FOR me. There are lessons here. There is wisdom here. This is for my growth. Pain will not last. Joy will not last. This is the full spectrum of the human experience. And I am experiencing life on earth. How magical to have come to this unwavering faith and trust...
​Through a journey of burnout, domestic abuse, depression, suicidal ideation, losing a baby, crippling anxiety and ptsd and I have literally had to connect and reconnect to the divinity within over and over again and create the strength to pull myself through. I know what it feels like to trust so deeply that even through the pain, suffering, trauma and uncertainties of human life, I can let myself flow freely, to feel all the pain as well as all the love and joy, simultaneously. This for me is confidence. I see confidence as a synonym for trust. I've realised that the feeling of confidence is fleeting, like any feeling it comes and goes with the cycles of life... but what remains is choices and trust. The choice to show up and the trust in yourself to do, be, say whatever necessary, in any moment, for the best outcome for all. For me, that's real confidence. Alongside setting yourself up for success. Doing the inner work to give you a strong foundation to spring from.
